Not only will you be able to continue enjoying the support of the Lonely Goat community as you strive to reach your running goals, but you’ll now have the support of Wiggle, too – with a 15% discount off top brands as a reward for completing your challenge! You’ll also be rewarded with a digital Support Inspire Achieve medal, with the option of purchasing a physical medal to display with pride.

Whether you’re a new runner just starting out on your running journey, or an old hand who has been around the block a few times, Lonely Goat and Wiggle want you to achieve your goals. Get involved

It’s so simple to take part. Just go to the Virtual Challenges page on the Lonely Goat website, sign up for free, and select your challenge. There’s something for everyone with a range of distances:

• 5K
• 10K
• Half Marathon
• Marathon
• Ultramarathon
• 50K in a month
• 100K in a month
• 150K in a month

In addition to these, keep your eyes peeled for extra challenges that will be launched later this year!

Claim your reward

Once you’ve reached your goals and completed your challenge, log in to your account and upload a photo as proof (eg. a photo of your GPS watch or a Strava screenshot).

You’ll then gain access to a digital Support Inspire Achieve medal that you can share on social media to commemorate your achievement, plus your 15% Wiggle discount. You can choose to purchase a physical Support Inspire Achieve medal too, if you fancy upgrading to some real bling you can flash with pride.

Achieve your goals

Lonely Goat Virtual Challenges in partnership with Wiggle have been designed to help you achieve your running goals on your own terms. It’s up to you which of the distances you go for, and you decide how long you’ll need to get there. For example, you might choose to enter the 5K challenge as a New Year fitness goal. Or, you can go all in to complete every distance and collect the full set of medals!
