5K Recovery Run
Monday at 9:15 am BST:
Shake off those weekend miles with an easy 5K run. Run at your recovery pace and enjoy the company of your fellow Zwifters.
30 Minute Progression Run
Thursday at 18:00 pm BST:
Up the tempo with this challenging 30 minute run. We’ll ease into the workout by starting off at a comfortable pace. Then, we’ll gradually increase the speed every 5 minutes.
The runs are hosted by LGRC but they are open to everyone, so invite your friends – the more the merrier!
How to join
If you’re new to Zwift, and would like to know what it’s all about, head over to our review.
If you are set up for running with Zwift (ie: you have access to a treadmill; the Zwift app on a phone, tablet, laptop or Apple TV; and a Zwift RunPod, you just need to go to the Events section of the Zwift Companion app or website and press the + sign up button.
Then, when the time of the run comes around, just make sure you’re logged in and ready to go when the countdown starts.
